The Vacancy
We are looking for a Trainee Dispensary Assistant to join our Central Assembly Team at Horizon on Buttermilk Lane at Bolsover.
The hours of this position will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The roll is on an alternate shift pattern of 6am-2pm days and 2pm-10pm afters.
The role will include:
Carry out dispensing duties within Central Assembly under the supervision of the Branch Lead.
Ensure all dispensing tasks are done so accurately and in a timely manner.
Respond appropriately and professionally to spoke branch queries and needs.
To maintain Central Assembly to a high standard.
To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately.
The ideal candidate will:
Preferably be qualified to NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services, but full training will be provided, if not.
Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience.
Be willing to undertake the relevant training in Pharmacy Services where necessary.
Be able to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team.
Be hardworking and focused.
